Meet Theme: Hawaiian Luau Arrival time for all swimmers: 4:15 Warm Ups: 11 and ups 4:30-4:50 10 and unders 4:50-5:10 Meet start: 6:00 Little Ripples are invited to participate in the National Anthem at the start of the meet. They should arrive no later than 5:40 and meet at the blocks end of the pool to wait for further instruction. Concessions: Duke's Place (Cajun and American) and Sweet and Savory Delights Heat sheets, candy and drinks and a limited number of team caps will be available for sale as well - cash only. |

Team Pictures

Picture Day will be broken into age groups again this year. Photo Day Schedule: 11-12 year olds: 8:30-9:10 9-10 year olds: 9:10-9:50 13 and older/Little Ripples: 9:50-10:30 8 and under: 10:30-11:15 Swimmers will have one picture take in front of a green screen for the team photo and individual pictures by the pool. If you have swimmers in multiple age groups then send them at the time slot that works best for your family. Siblings can have pictures taken together or separately. No money needed on picture day. Pictures can be purchased online once the proofs are available. There will be no fun swim on this day due to pictures but coaches will draw raffle winners from the Blue and White meet raffle donuts for all swimmers who come to picture day. |

Meet Theme: Blue vs. White Your swimmer will be notified of their team assignment the morning of the meet. Arrival time for all swimmers: 4:45 Warm Ups: 11 and ups 5:00-5:20 10 and unders 5:20-5:40 Meet start: 6:00 Little Ripples are invited to participate in the National Anthem at the start of the meet. They should arrive no later than 5:40 and meet at the blocks end of the pool to wait for further instruction. This meet is a great first meet for all families as we start the season. It is an opportunity for swimmers to learn and/or refresh how a meet runs. It is also a great chance for parents to learn what the various volunteer jobs look like and learn the process of how a meet is run. We will need all participating families (new and old) to work a shift at this meet. This will not count toward your shift commitment for the season. Because it is only our team, this meet will move much more quickly than a typical dual meet. We will once again be using the parking lot for our crash area - there will be no crashing on the pool deck. Concessions: Sweet and Savory Delights Food Stand - cash only Heat sheets, candy and drinks and a limited number of team caps will be available for sale as well - cash only. |

Join us for our end of season pasta party and awards. This event is for all swimmers that participated on the team this summer and their families. The team will provide salad, bread, spaghetti, sauce and bottled water. We ask each family to bring a dessert to share. |

Little Ripples Lollipop Races and Awards Pizza Party

All Little Ripples are invited to attend this final day of Little Ripples Swim practice. The swimmers will get to participate in their very own "Lollipop Races" and then they will have pizza and receive their end of season trophies and "Paper Plate Awards" from their coaches. Parents and family members are welcome to attend this fun event. The team will provide pizza and bottled water for all the Little Ripples. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide pizza for other family members and guests - only the Little Ripples and coaches. Please RSVP for your Little Ripple by Monday, July 12th!
