Meet Sign Up

We ask that parents declare their swimmer(s) for each meet. This will help the coaches better seed individual and relay events. You must log in to the website go to Meets & Events>Meet Sign-Up (or the Swimtopia app). There you will find the meets for the season.  If you do not declare your swimmer, we will assume that they are not swimming and they will not be entered in the meet.  

Once you are logged in follow these instructions to sign up your swimmer(s).

Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.

For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

• (undeclared)
• Attending
• Not Attending

Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options.

• Available for all relays
• Arriving late, not available for early relays
• Leaving early, not available for late relays
• Not available for any relays

Click Save to record your choices.

You may do this from the free SwimTopia App as well.

Job Sign-Up

You will also be asked to volunteer for a job at this time.

Each family will need to get 5 points per season (1 point per half of each meet).

Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.

Click Save Assignments.

Click Back to Signup Calendar.
